I am the founder of Brighters, a nonprofit organization dedicated to climate justice & equitable planet for all. Founding Brighters has been one of the most meaningful experiences. It has allowed me to channel my passion for environmental sustainability, climate action and equity into meaningful action. My goal is simple yet ambitious: to create an equitable planet for all. We have been working tirelessly to build a sustainable future through our organization with hard work, dedication, and a clear vision. We believe in “If you want to create a better future for people, you have to protect the planet.” We are dedicated to addressing the urgent climate challenges that affect people around the globe, especially those in vulnerable communities. By leading from the front, we actively facilitate leadership and climate action training to empower individuals, particularly young people, to drive change in their communities. 

Our Initiatives and Projects

At Brighters, we have initiated several impactful projects to tackle the climate crisis and inspire action:  

1. Bangladesh Youth COP – A platform to bring youth into climate policy discussions and advocacy.  
2. Bangladesh Youth Climate Parliament– A forum that articulates young voices to influence decisions at local, national, and global levels.  
3. Bangladesh Youth Climate School– A unique program that educates and trains youth on climate and sustainability.  
4. Eco-Travels – Promoting sustainable tourism to encourage environmentally friendly practices.  
5. Youth Voice for Climate Justice & Human Rights – Empowering young people to advocate for climate justice and human rights.  
6. Awareness of Climate & Environment– Running campaigns that inform and inspire communities to take action.  

The Impact We’ve Made

Through these initiatives, we have achieved incredible milestones:  

– Reached 10,000 people directly through our programs and activities.  

– Indirectly impacted over 5 million people with our advocacy and campaigns.  

– Extended our communication reach to over 10 million individuals globally.  

Empowering Youth for Climate Action  

One of my proudest achievements is helping to capacitate 1,000 young people with the knowledge and skills needed for climate advocacy. We have also mobilized 10,000 more youth, engaging them in climate action and raising awareness in their communities.  

Advocacy at Local, National & Global Level

We have successfully carried out advocacy initiatives at local and national levels, driving meaningful conversations and influencing policies. On the global stage, I am proud to represent Brighters as we raise our voices for climate justice and human rights, ensuring that the needs of climate-vulnerable populations are heard.
