Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the office is organized and runs smoothly.
  • Maintain and update office maintenance schedules, manage office supplies, and liaise with vendors to ensure all office needs are met promptly.
  • Support the communication needs of members and volunteers, acting as a primary point of contact for inquiries and ensuring effective and timely responses.
  • Manage, organize, and ensure the accuracy and security of organizational data, including member information and volunteer databases.
  • Collaborate with various departments to support their administrative needs and contribute to cross-functional projects.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and standardize processes across the organization.
  • Accountable for the reliability and consistency of internal communication channels and administrative systems.
