Responsibilities

• Create and develop new programs that align with BSB’s mission and objectives.
• Secure funding by writing compelling grant proposals and seeking support for program initiatives.
• Oversee the implementation of programs, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Conduct evaluations to assess the outcomes and impact of programs, using data to make informed decisions and improvements.
• Prepare reports documenting program activities, outcomes, and best practices for future reference and learning.

Location & commitments

1. Job Type: Part-time
2. Position Type: Internship 
3. Time: Approximately 5-7 hours per day
4. Wage: 7000-10000 BDT per month
5. Location: Brighters Society of Bangladesh, Dhaka Office
6. Additional Commitments: Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required during major projects or end-of-fiscal year activities.
