Intern - Creative Design & Content Development

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative visual content for various platforms, including social media, websites, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Assist in designing graphics, illustrations, and layouts that align with the organization’s branding and messaging.
  • Collaborate with the communication team to create visually appealing and engaging content.
  • Support the creation of multimedia content, such as videos, animations, and infographics, to enhance storytelling efforts.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design ideas and concepts.
  • Help maintain and update the organization’s visual assets library, ensuring consistency across all materials.
  • Assist in the production of printed materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and reports.
  • Contribute to the development of visual content for events, campaigns, and special projects.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure design projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and content development.
  • Provide support in the management of the organization’s website, ensuring content is current and visually appealing.
  • Assist in editing and retouching photos and images for use in various communication channels.
  • Help monitor and analyze the performance of visual content, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  •  Having good skills in Canva, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop basic.

Location & commitments

  1. Job Type: Full Time
  2. Position Type: Internship 
  3. Time: Approximately 8 hours per day
  4. Remuneration: 10000 BDT per month
  5. Location: Brighters Society of Bangladesh, Dhaka Office
  6. Additional Commitments: Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required during major projects or end-of-fiscal year activities.
