Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee day-to-day administrative and financial operations, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Maintain office systems and infrastructure, coordinating regular maintenance and ensuring a productive work environment.
- Facilitate robust communication channels with members, volunteers, and external stakeholders, serving as a key administrative contact.
- Organize, maintain, and secure organizational data, including sensitive financial records and member information databases.
- Execute comprehensive financial management tasks including budgeting, reporting, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records.
- Oversee accounting procedures, payroll processing, and financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Develop and strengthen the organization’s financial structure to support scalability and sustainability of operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial and administrative alignment with organizational goals and projects.
Location & commitments
- Job Type: Full time
- Position Type: Internship
- Time: Approximately 6-8 hours per day
- Wage: 8000-10000 BDT per month
- Location: Brighters Society of Bangladesh, Dhaka Office
- Additional Commitments: Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required during major projects or end-of-fiscal year activities.
