Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee day-to-day administrative and financial operations, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Maintain office systems and infrastructure, coordinating regular maintenance and ensuring a productive work environment.
  • Facilitate robust communication channels with members, volunteers, and external stakeholders, serving as a key administrative contact.
  • Organize, maintain, and secure organizational data, including sensitive financial records and member information databases.
  • Execute comprehensive financial management tasks including budgeting, reporting, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records.
  • Oversee accounting procedures, payroll processing, and financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
  • Develop and strengthen the organization’s financial structure to support scalability and sustainability of operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial and administrative alignment with organizational goals and projects.

Location & commitments

  1. Job Type: Full time
  2. Position Type: Internship 
  3. Time: Approximately 6-8 hours per day
  4. Wage: 8000-10000 BDT per month
  5. Location: Brighters Society of Bangladesh, Dhaka Office
  6. Additional Commitments: Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required during major projects or end-of-fiscal year activities.
