On January 24, 2025, Brighters and Bangladesh Youth Climate School organized the Training on Green Leadership & Youth Action, where young participants were guided on environmental leadership and effective initiatives.

The training was facilitated by Saidur Rahman Siam, Founder & Director of Brighters, who shared insights on Youth Leadership Strategies for the Green Transition.

Fahim, Founder of Green Lead, highlighted how young individuals can take the lead in green leadership and develop an effective action plan.

Fariha Aumi, Chair of Brighters, discussed The significance of green leadership in the transition from the industrial to the green revolution.

Navid Anjum Hasan, Documentation & Training Officer, Research Initiatives Bangladesh (RIB), spoke on Agriculture-based Climate Action for Youth, emphasizing its importance for climate adaptation and sustainable agriculture.

The introduction session was conducted by Ettekaf Dinar Apple, Coordinator, Program, Event & Campaign. Additionally, Jasmima Sabatina, Associate, Documentation & Media, Brighters, served as the Training Coordinator for organizing this event.

This training program aims to inspire young people to develop leadership skills and take realistic climate initiatives!
